Our History
Bluegrass Cheerleading, Inc.
in Hopkinsville, Kentucky was established in April of 2003,
opening with three competitive cheerleading squads: Peewee,
Youth, and Senior. Since then, we have expanded with
two additional squads, a larger coaching staff, a brand
new cheerleading training facility, and weekly classes and
private lessons for recreational gymnastics and basic cheerleading
technique.
We strive to help students
excel in the sport of cheerleading. Through intense
practice and competition, students learn the skills of sportsmanship,
dedication, and teamwork. Our wish is that all of
our students will not only stretch their physical abilities
but also gain strength and confidence to be used inside
and outside the gym.
We also desire to see our students
well prepared to enter the next phase of their life.
In a competitive society, we want to ensure our students
the opportunity to benefit from their gifts and abilities.
Accordingly, we plan to prepare every student for the possibility
of receiving financial awards or scholarships for his or
her athletic talents after completing a primary education.

| Why
Bluegrass? |
| |
| >
Our record speaks for itself! In just a few
years, we have captured over 100 first place finishes, 4 Regional
Grand Championships, 18 National Championships,
and one NATIONAL GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP.
Our scores are increasing with every competition, and we're
on a roll! |
| |
| >
All of Bluegrass Cheerleading's coaches are championship winning
cheerleaders themselves. We know how important it is
for a cheerleader to know that a coach is speaking from experience,
and our State, Regional, and National championship winning
coaches have more experience in competitive cheerleading than
any other coaching staff in the area. |
| |
| >
We are above all interested in seeing all of our cheerleaders
and students reach the height of their ability, and financial
hardship should not deter any student from joining us.
This is why our monthly fees are the lowest in the area.
We also work very hard to provide fundraising opportunites
through all of our squads to pay for competition fees, uniforms,
and travel expenses. |
| |
| >
We work hard! We know that in order to be the best,
practices must be a challenge. We always have regular
conditioning to keep everyone ready for the non-stop routines
at competitions and exhibitions. |
| |
| >
Our co-owner Ashley Clark is a licensed physical therapist
with inMotion Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. Although
we hope that accidents at practice will never happen, sometimes
cheerleaders may get injured. Ashley is certified to
care for any sports related injury and has immediate access
to Jennie Stuart Medical Center and many local doctors.
We also have CPR and First Aid certified coaches at every
practice. |
| |
| >
We expect the highest level of sportsmanship from all of our
cheerleaders -- whether they are at practice or competition.
It is understood by all squad members that they are not only
representing themselves but also their teammates and coaches
wherever they go. We, the staff at Bluegrass, hold high
moral and ethical standards and strive to instill these beliefs
in every student. |

We are currently practicing in a brand new facility!
Our 6,000 square foot gymnasium located at 3535 Eagle Way
Bypass includes a 54'x42' cheerleading floor, inground tumble
track, trampoline, spring tumbling strip, resi pit, locker
rooms, homework area, and much much more! Come by and see
it! |
